| I don't know about yours but mine and I had bought to of them, the prongs feel out. I liked the idea of not having to use my computer to charge it, so I bought one for the office and another for traveling. Not less then a week about getting product the 1st one prongs feel out, not thinking to much of it since it was on sale I figured I got a defected one and I would be able to use the other. Well the same thing happen to the other one. So I say buyer beware. Also while charging your Zune and Charger will get hot. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PRODUCT. |

| Product was a good price and works good, however I found the my Zune got extremley hot when charging. This may be because I left it charging to long? I will monitor it closer next time. |
