Very high quality leather, nice fit very clean design. Cover has two tiny magnets that are supposed to keep the face closed and covering the Zune. These magnets are sort of weak and the cover does not stay down when connected to your belt clip so it is always catching on things, but not a huge issue to me. I bought this item just to keep the outside case of the Zune in good shape which this leather case does with ease.

This is a nice case with a major flaw. You cannot listen to the player with the top closed because there is no hole for the headphones to fit through. I am going to end up cutting the leather in order to put the case on my belt in order to listen to it.
