I use my ipod when I run which is 5 days a week. I've been searching for months for a plastic or silicon cover with a belt clip that wasn't too expensive and fairly durable. This one is decent though very overpriced. The silicone cover probably cost $.50 to make and the plastic clip maybe a $1 so to pay almost $25 is extortion but since there are few ipod covers out there with belt clips that can be used for working-out, I didn't have much choice. The only issue I have with it is the clip slides off the back plastic attachment too easily. It should lock or catch but it doesn't. Just bending over it will fall off the clip so be careful if you intend to use it for high impact aerobics or yoga. It seems to hold on fine to my workout pants while running but I cover it with my shirt for a little extra pressure against my hip just in case it does come off the clip. The silicon is easy to clean up after a workout which I like. There are leather cases with belt clips but sweat will soil and ruin a leather cover so that wasn't an option...and they're around $25 too.

I needed this caseclip because the one I had previously (NOT this same product) had broken after many years of faithful use. I would not buy this particular item again.
I would recommend people keep looking and only buy this if they can't find something else. If you want a low-profile, compact clipcase assembly at a great price, this is NOT it.
My previous caseclip was a hard clear plastic which snapped on (and stayed on). The clip was a very secure, but very low-profile clip. It was SO compact and easy to use. I could slip my iPod into my pants pocket and there was no bulge, the caseclip was so low profile.
This brings me to THIS case - the zCover with the clip. The case is okay but that's about it. My issues:
1. It's not clear, but at least lets the general color of the iPod show through.
2. Putting the case on was a trial - it does not slip on easily; it's tight, it sticks, you have to wiggle and ease and maneuver. I'll never take it off - it's too much hassle.
3. The clip is GIANT and sticks out from the back nearly 12 inch, making my slim elegant iPod a big bulky thing.
4. Because of the huge clip (totally unnecessarily big) - my iPod no longer fits into the case in which I store and carry it with my earbuds. So now I have to spend MORE $$ on a new carryingstorage case.
5. Price - ridiculously high, particularly once shipping was added. I only bought this because I needed a caseclip now.

I bought this for my husband and he was thrilled with it. He especially liked the clip because he can use his iPod when he works out now.

Loved that this case can clip onto your shorts while working out. Only one on the web that I could find anywhere! Great product but I would definitely recommend purchasing the screen protectors with it.

Was not happy with the case. The clip is too big and makes ipod stick out an inch from your waist band so when you job it bounces around feeling unstable. The silicone case opens at the bottom of the ipod and it kept forcing the headphone cable loose. It was the only case I could find for the 5th generation Ipod that clipped to your waist. I will use my old Ipod until I can find a better slimmer clip design. Disappointed.

It fits the Nano like a glove, though the clip is a bit large, but not a big deal. I really like how you can swivel the Nano on the Clip, which is especially useful for me during weight training. I also noticed that there is a place that could accommodate a Lanyard for hanging around the neck, which would have made it an ideal solution at this price. Still, I looked everywhere and couldn't find anything close to this for the 5th gen Nano.
