I love it. I had purchased a $40 one, which sucked. I had bought this one for my daughter previously. I borrowed it for a few days and tossed out the $40 one. I intend on purchasing more for my friends and family as soon as it is IN STOCK! Ugh! So worth the money!

This transmitter works great...I have two and they both work perfectly...If you have a small budget this is perfect. You have to replace the batteries but it plays for a long time before you do.

I heard bad things about the more expensive ones so I decided to go with a cheaper model but I love it.

I have purchased 4 different types of transmitters and none of them worked very well, one even cost me $60 and it just would not work. I purchased this one and it worked so well I ordered another one for my daughter. Now my wife wants one for her car. I used the first one at my office and I could set 4 different stereos in different offices in my building and it worked great it was like my own personal radio station. If you are looking for a transmitter that works this one is the one you need!!!

Good product, haven't used much yet but seems pretty cool so far. The only thing I would like to see is some sort of hook to hang in the car or something while in use rather than just hanging down while I am driving. Like the coiled cord, though!

Wow, I am amazed at the reception and the quality this tiny little transmitter produces. I Have a Zune which I like to take with me in the car, to properties I own and work on throughout the day. I also to work at night. I work in a a manufacturing shop. even with all the interference from machines and other electronic devices this worked out just great. I can receive a quality signal up to about 30 feet away. I think the instructions mentioned battery life was 14 hours.
I have been using mine all this week and it still shooting out a strong signal; so far I have 30 hours on the first batteries. I even set up two radios on the same channel to broadcast my personal tunes in stereo. The tiny switches on the side are difficult to move but use a ball point pen and not a big deal, just not that easy for my fat little fingers. Scale on side to determine station settings is hard to read but you can experiment by just flipping different ones to improve the reception or get stronger glasses. I use it in my truck and the signal stayed strong no directional loss, static, interference from engine I am impressed !!!
I would definitely recommend to anyone.

easy to use, but sound quality wasn't the greatest.

Works GREAT... We've been looking for an FM transmitter for a while now, this product was recommended by someone and now we definitely recommend it to others. It was a Father's Day gift, they shipped it FAST & he LOVES it. I have a different brand for mine & it is HORRIBLE, so I will also be purchasing one of these for MYSELF!!!

Bought one, it works great, you just have to have the patience to play with it and find the best signal for your area. A lot less than what Zune/Belkin wants to charge. This works on ALL of my mp3 players AND my daughters portable DVD player.

Correct price info is $12.03 with tax and shipping to CA. Still... not at all a bad deal.

Got this on sale (with rebate) for about $8. Wow! Can't beat that price, and it works just great. I use it with my iPod shuffle in the truck. I get to take tunes and podcasts with me when I drive to school or work. A friend warned me about lack of available frequencies, but I just picked one, and although I drive 50 miles to and from Sacramento, the iPod plays loud and clear all the way.

Pretty darn cool! Also, when I turn the unit off, sometimes I hear that there is a moderately weak signal on the station to which I had the unit tuned. That means that it successfully blocks out weak stations.

If I had to state a negative, it would simply be the form factor and the size (like two packs of gum, side by side). Compared to the Shuffle, it is ginormous (recently introduced word, see Google).

But for the price, I think the functionality is great and the form factor is livable. Take your tunez (sic) and podcasts with you as you tilt against these modern windmills. You could do worse.

Have fun.

Yours truly,

This is the best thing that I have ever brought to work with my MP3 player and I told all my friends and family and so far 28 people that I know done brought one and I'm still counting. It's the best.

This handy little gadget works great, once you figure it out on your own. There were no instructions that came with it, but it was fairly simple to figure out. IF you find a lot of static on all the stations you try, try turning down the volume on the iPod itself, that seemed to work for me. The best thing is, it has it's own batteries, and does not run the iPod's down.

This is a great product. It is easy to work and the sound quality is perfect. I am telling all my friends about it and suggest you get one too!
