I received the .45 ACP Pistol Laser BoreSight promptly having choosen the expedited shipping method of delivery. The unit appeared well-made and sturdy---all I had to do was to slip the two batteries into the BoreSight and screw on the end cap to activate it. Tightening the cap turns on the laser light. The batteries must have been new and fully charged because the laser beam was perfect and very visable in all lighting conditions and distances applicable to a handgun. The unit fit perfectly into the breech of my Kimber 1911 .45 ACP and enabled me to immediately see the alignment of the barrel versus the iron sights. Accordingly, I made adjustments to the sights. All that needs to be done now is to check the results of live fire groupings and fine-tune the adjustments. I have had none of the "problems" other patrons have alluded-to with respect to laser boresights. Everything worked perfectly and fit perfectly right out of the box. Battery life is short but gave me ample time to align the Sightmark AAT5G Green Laser Designator without firing a shot. Once at the range I was able to fine tune in about 6 rounds for 50'. Sweet!
