ACCESSORIES ARE FLAT RATE

Most of our accessories are ship flat rate unless otherwise specified
(this mean no matter your quantities that you order and the shipping prices
will still be the same).
- Ground Shipping- $2.85
and up (normally takes 4~9 days)
- Regular Express- $5.25
and up (normally take 3~5 days)
- Priority Express- By
weight and your Zip Code (normally Take 2~4 days)
- International Shipping-
starts at $8.25 and up by weight (1week~3weeks)
- Free Shipping- this
shipping method only apply when we have promotions.

Shipping to the following locations: Canada, Alaska,
Hawaii, AS, FM, MH, MP, NT, PE, PR, PW, and US Virgin Islands
normally takes 7~10 business days. (free shipping promotions is not valid
outside the 50 contiguous state.)
Shipping to Military-
While most other online retailers will not ship to AE, APO, AP, or FPO
addresses, we at Handhelditems.com are happy to serve our customers in the
armed forces, stationed at any AE, APO, AP, or FPO address. Unfortunately,
however, since these addresses can be in remote places that are very
difficult to reach, we are not capable of covering the cost of insurance and

Shipping Outside Of USA-
This shipping only apply on accessories only, but not toys and gifts.
Handhelditems.com ship to most countries with USPS. Orders will take 1-3
weeks in transit. Shipping charges are $8.25 (and up) US Dollars for all
international orders. You will be responsible for any duty charges by your
country.
Shipping Policy-
- On average, credit card
orders are shipped the same day or next day, following the receipt of your
order. All orders received after 3:00 PM PST Friday and orders placed on
the weekend will be shipped Monday morning.

damaged during shipping- please write "Return To Sender" on the package
and give it to your local postman. Then email us at RMA@Handhelditems.com
or visit our Return Policy for more details.

Ordinarily
orders are shipped USPS Mail
or UPS and should arrive on shipping option days from the order
date. Please remember, once an order leaves our warehouse it is out of our
control and the carrier is responsible for any unforeseen delays in your
order's arrival, but we will do everything we can to help you get your

we cannot combine multiple orders or add to orders already placed. If you
want to cancel your order please call our Customer Service specialists at

been shipped, but you can return your order after you receive it by
