This product is exactly what it says it is. I was brought to the site by DEALNEWS.com as a special and could not turn down the special price of 30 with shipping. The casing is substandard but fits the iPad 2 very snugly although I do not believe that it will fully protect the iPad. Great though as this was a gift for someone that WON her iPad at a company affair. The keys are not sensitive and one has to look at the screen to make sure that all is being written down. I will be looking to purchase another l,Ike product for my friend as a gift but this one will do in a pinch. I think together with the Dragon Dictation app that this will do just fine as as a edit tool. Makes me sad that no charging cable came with it. And for Gods sake do not drop it as it will dent faster then the iPad unit itself.

This is a clear knock off of the Logitech ultralight Bluetooth keyboard. I haven't had the chance to hold and feel one of those. I picked this up for 30 w shipping making it 70 less than the Logitech. It is plastic and feels cheapish. It locks in pretty tight (not with magnets like counterpart) and is a bit hard to separate. Better than falling off I guess. Does not come with charging chord. Price vs Premium. I doubt the Logitech is 3.3 times as good as this though I am sure it would feel of much higher quality. The design that they mimicked is amazing, The weight and bulk it adds is very minimal. It still fits in my previous targus padded case. On the other hand, people who buy ipads like to own the best, and this certainly isn't it. I think I will wait til the Logitech goes on a half off sale and buy it, and I will have 2 similar products for 20 off the retail of the one I want. Hope this helps.

Ultra lightweight is the key. It is so lightweight, one corner of the cover was bent during shipping. Of course, it was right at the USB connection, but I managed to make it work. The keys are not very sensitive, so you may end up checking your spelling. It worked as advertised without any problems. It fit nicely on my pad. However, I would not use it as a stand alone protective cover. It will get beat up.
