Priority Shipping

Orders (of in-stock items) placed before 12:00 pm PST, Monday-Friday will be processed and shipped the same day. Orders placed after 12:00 pm PST will be shipped the following business day (Monday-Friday not including holidays). Your package will arrive in 1-4 business days (delivery date may be vary with your location), from the date your package was shipped unless a service interruption or failure outside of Handhelditem’s control occurs.

Shipping Carrier

We ship using USPS priority mail and unfortunately we cannot ship to APO/FPO or internationals for Free Priority Shipping. Please see USPS guidelines here.

Shipping Disclaimer

Because we offer Free priority shipping, we cannot refund for shipping if the package is not reached by the date that USPS provides us. All packages reflect delivery times based on origin and destination. Our shipping guarantee applies to all orders that are delayed due to our service failure.
