I cannot comment on this item yet. I have ordered quite a few things from Handheld, but had to write customer service because the first item I opened was unsatisfactory. It has been over a week and I have received no reply to my request to return three of the same items that are subpar. After I hear from them, I will inspect and review the other items that I have received from them.
