The product is fully compliant with the description. My gripe is with the customer service department. I ordered and paid for 2 units and only one was delivered. It seems that the quantity changed between the ordering process and shipping department. After being contacted by me, they admitted that only one was sent but 2 were paid for. I requested the shipment of the 2nd unit over 2 weeks ago and have still not heard anything or seen any merchandise. It has been over a month since the order was placed. The phone mailboxes are full and nobody will answer the phones at their customer service center. Even my Emails have been ignored. My final recourse was to dispute the payment with the credit card company. I hope this gets their attention. I will never do business with this company again and hope that the word gets around - Don't do business with this company!
