A bit flimsy but it does hold the i-pod very well. so far it stays put on my arm, can't beat the price, and it's well worth it.

The armband cover for the Ipod touch is very soft, and the plastic that covers the screen protects the Ipod very well without hindering the touch functions. I like it just for protection of the Ipod.

Be aware that the armband is rather long. I am rather tall and thin, but the armband didn't work for me at all because it was too long to attach back with the velcro. There is only one spot of velcro on the end of the band and dots along the band that attach to the end. The armband was too long, so when I made it attach as small as possible, it was really loose and ineffective.

The velcro is not particularly strong, and I think that even if it had fit me, I wouldn't have felt like it was secure for active use.
