This Insten cradle works great- I just purchased a second one for my office desk. I just plugged it into my USB port and it worked. I can leave my phone in to charge it and I can sync my Treo at either desk. I like that the Treo sits up so you can see the screen. I have had the first one for more than a year and it still works perfectly. Great Product.
