I was exteremelly happy with this battery.
It was lass than 1/4th cost of a battery to replace it,
and the battery holds a great charge for my phone.
Very happy with how fast it came in and how well it works.

Couldn't be happier with this product. Bought to replace the battery on my Razr cell phone. Charged up over night and holds a charge as it should. The price is awesome to what it would of cost me to buy from the retail cell store.

Shipping and commnications were first class. Would defiently recommend and use this company again.

To be fair, I should add that shipping was extremely quick, and the whole purchase process went with no problems at all. I'm very satisfied with the transaction experience with HandHeldItems, but I'll be more careful to pay attention to the item details in the future. I ordered this battery thinking it would be comparable to the BR56 that came with my V3m. Be warned that it only has a 500mAH capacity -- 25% less than the 780mAH BR56 stock battery.
