This does work as advertised and the material it is made from is pretty good from what can tell right out of the package. However, it was purchased with the intent of streaming Netflix from my EVO to my TV through HDMI. This is blocked for some reason...copyright? Who knows? So all I can really use it for is home videos shot in 720p and to show photos. Will not use as often as thought. For now will be watching on my phone. Other than the problem with the EVO from Sprint the product is great and it came fast out of So-Cal. Would have given more stars if able to do what I purchased for. If anyone knows how to enable or get this to work please advise.

This has been a great HDMI cable for my HTC Evo. I have been able to watch videos and photos from my Evo on my big screen tv without any problems. I have also been able to watch HD YouTube videos. This was a great purchase because it works great and this was the best price I could find on the web!

It works. I think the HDMI input on my TV has some issues though as it is hit or miss in getting it to recognize the connection.
