Armband is very comfortable and feels secure.
A nice feature is that the holder can clip also to a belt clip (which is included), so you can switch back and forth between the 2 kinds of holders.
The case itself is attractive, but has some drawbacks:
* The plastic protector is thick and sticks to the underlying screen with bubbles, making it not as clear to use as t should be. If you already have a screen protector sheet on, the included cover sticks to it with many bubbles, making it quite bubbly when using the iPhone.
* Partly for the same reason, it's hard to remove the iPhone from this cover if you want to.
* The cover has a hole only for the earphone jack and a "slip-away area for the ipod connector at the bottom. There are visual button indicators for the main button, the volume controls, the silence, and the sleep buttons. These are okay, except for the silence button, which is a front-back toggle, and it is very difficult to silence or se-silence the iPhone when it's in this case.
