I purchased this product and received it in the time period promised. After using it for less than 5 days belt clip portion of this case broke making it useless. The plastic insert from the case that locks in the belt clip broke making the case unusable. There was no abuse just a faulty design or a poor product. The plastic component must not be strong enough to work as designed.

I bought this product. It looks great but the belt clip does not work like it should. It is suppose to ratchet and with in a few day's it quit ratcheting and start to free spin and spins upside down. The latch comes unsnaps very easy and so within a week of having this product it free spun upside down and the latch became unstaped and the Iphone fell to the ground and shatterd the lens. The phone slides out of the case very easy in such a way that if your case turns upside down the phone will fall out and could either be lost or broken. The problem I am having know is that handhelditems.com will not take any responsibility to repair or replace the Iphone. So beware of this product and the warranties you think you are getting with handhelditems.com. If your phone falls out and breaks it will be a $200 to $600 mistake.

The case arrived quickly. It it of good quality other than the part that hooks to your belt. The swivle part was plastic and broke the first day I had it when the phone got caught on a chair. As I walked past it. But that's ok as it did its job and protected the phone. The snap holding the flip top closed is metal. I was able to remove the swivel easily and it makes the case more slim. I prefer to carry the phone in my pocket, so prefer it without the swivel, but need the screen protected and it does that well. Also, i am able to connect the charger. Cable and sync or charge with it in the case. Also can use the camera easily. The only thing i wish was the the leather was not directly up to the screen as it can make it slighly more difficult to press the p,1, & q.
