Screen protector was useless - couldn't be applied withour bubbles underneath it. Cover is OK. Customer service never responded to e-mail on the order status - ended up getting package later on the same day I sent the e-mail but a response whould have been nice.

I ordered this item for my new ipod touch, and i was very excited unil it came in the mail. the red color is faded, there is no opening for the armband like there is in the picture, and most importantly, there was NO free screen protector. the only good part was the shipping was very fast
