Pros: the mirror duh, a thick protection that doesn't disturb the sensitivity, received mine in exactly 2 days, a bonus pro is it hid a small scratch i got from the time i didn't have this protector.
Con: finger print issues(but i have it in my pocket so it cleans itself as i stroll), i can still see in direct sunlight(it just dim, i never have my ipod outside anyways)
So the pros out weigh the minor cons, so buy it! _:D |

I like the concept of having a screen protector that is a mirror and I was very happy with the product. The only flaw was that the colors that showed through the protector were a blue-green or a bright-orange. I recommend this to people that have an iPod touch 2nd generation.

Terrible. The protector does not reflect like a mirror. The protector inhibits a clear view of the screen. I would not recommend this product to anyone. Not worth the $7.99

I absolutely love this product. The only thing is that it gets scratched very easily and the can cause problems when u are watching movies. If you don't watch many movies, not much of a problem. I love and have already had two other people put it on their I-touch.

Very nice product. Fits perfectly and stays in place without problem. Only negative is that screen is hard to see in bright sunlight.

as a screen protector it's great but decreases brightness of screen

Great screen protector. Very thick and I think even makes the resolution look clearer. Only downfall is that in brighter environments the mirror effect really inhibits the ability to clearly see the images being portraid on the screen. With that said it is still a nice add on for your touch 2g and makes it look even cooler than it already does. I use nothing but this protector on all of mine.

Can't see the screen in direct sunlight. Polarized sunglasses make this even worse. This product also diminishes the sensitivity of the touch screen.

Terrible. The mirror coating inhibits proper, clear viewing of the iTouch screen. In daylight, it's nearly impossible to get a good view at ANY angle. And even in low-light or interior conditions the screen is noticably darkened by the mirror coating. Don't waste your 8 bucks, just get a standard screen protector. You'll be much happier.

I purchased this for my iTouch. It's handy to have a mirror but I will say this. If you use an iTouch or iPhone out in the daylight you'll get a glare on the screen. Even if the LCD light is on full blast. That's my only gripe. Handheld Toys & Access did a great job with delivery it quickly. Thanks.

I put these on my ipod touch to protect the investment, but with the cool mirrored finish, I think I am more impressed with the way it looks than with the way it protects my ipod. It went on really easy, came with an applicator to smooth out any blemishes/bubbles that are just the nature of putting on protector, but it was really smooth after a few touch ups.. DONT think about it, just get it, and for the price you get two!!!!!

I've been looking for something like this ever since I saw ppl review similar products on YouTube. However, most of the iPod and iPhone stuff reviewed on YouTube are of the more expensive variety, which explains why the reviewers seem slightly biased since they are getting free stuff and compensation? from the companies. I've own this for about 3wks now and so far it's still holding up well. Install is easy, just look up the YT vidz for help. Quality is good, it's good decent thickness but it's not so thick that you lose touch sensitivity. After my buddy saw this on my iTouch, he got a set for his as well. I would recommend getting 2 in case you screw up the first install, which happens, if you're a novice at these things. Make sure you install in a non dusty room or else do it in the bathroom right after a shower. The humidity will get the dust out of the air. I wish more ppl on YT would review the cheaper versions of products instead of the expensive ones.

Me likey.
Took a little longer to arrive than expected though.
I read and watched vids to see the best technique for applying (it came with no instruction), and got it on with no bubbles, but still a little crooked (protip: line up the bottom evenly across the bottom). My case (the leather ituch flip available here) covers the place where its crooked so you can't see it anyway.
Haven't tried it outdoors yet, but I was pleasantly surprised at how good the screen display looks if you turn up the brightness a little (yes, of course this will be more drain on the battery).
Catches fingerprints too easily, but doesn't affect touch control, and I even use my stylus (which I put a little piece of nylon over for easier sliding) with no big problem.
The two should last a year, and I will be re-evaluating during and after that time.
Right now, for now, me likey, even though I haven't had the women throwing themselves at me, as suggested (at least not any more than usual :)).
Handheld items?
Good people.
Don't overpay for accessories.
(Shameless attempt to get them to give me something for being so nice :)) |

Gives your iPod Touch an even higher tech clean look. Only drawback is the mirrored surface makes it even more difficult to view in bright indoor light (forget about bright sunlight). Under normal lighting conditions you don't even know it's mirrored.

Looks nice and works well. install might be tricky, has two small bubbles. good deal if you can get it for 4 dollars with free shipping, when it is on sale.
the online picture is kind of attractive, you will only get the screen protector, not the protector case in the picture. |

This is a great product over all. At first glance, friends will be awestruck at how you got your apple product so shiny, and then they because extremely covetous when you tell them that it is a cover that turns your screen into a mirror. Its the AXE body spray of hand held items. Women will tackle you from street corner to street corner. Handhelditems.com was very prompt and precise in their estimated shipping time and their prices are unbeatable. The product showed up in a nice bubble wrapped envelope ensuring the quality and safety of their product. Just be careful that when you put it on you (1) apply and push up from the bottom (where the button is) to the top, and make sure no lint gets on the screen, it'll be dang near impossible to remove and its annoying when you have little squigglies on your screen. Yes, I messed one of them up. Read the directions.

As advertised...installation is a little tricky as with any iPhone screen cover but product works and looks fine. These are of similar quality to other mirror screen covers at half the price.

Very nice looking. I use a stylus so no scratches. Don't use it outdoors much so can't comment on how well it works outdoors. I think it is very slick!

Fun and clever. It does scratch easily however. Still like it!
