Unfortunately is takes a little more effort than it should to get them in my ear and to stay in my ear (using the smallest sized bud for me). And even then, it feels like its just being smushed into my ears. Maybe if you have large ears, this will for you. Though once I get them crammed into my ears, they do not fall out. And it does block out outside-noise, but that could be due to it being smushed into my ears.
