| Good construction, but the band is made for SMALL arms. I would not recommend it for the average or larger man. |

| This is a fantastic armband. I use it with a gel skin and it works perfectly. Very good quality. However, I work out a LOT and have large biceps for a woman at 14", and it's quite snug on the loosest fitting. Many men would not be able to use this band. For most women, this would be a perfect solution. |
