The product is easy to use and arrived quickly. Each battery charger only charges the iPhone about 50%. You cannot charge the iPhone to 100% from empty. I've tried it several times. It also seems that the charger maybe starting to lose it's ability to hold a charge the way it was new. I've only had the chargers for about 1.5 weeks and used it about 3 times each. Build quality is excellent, but usuability is only mediocre at best. I would recommend getting a 1900mAh version instead. A 19000mAh should be able to charge an iPhone 100% from empty.
