Fits well. Good price. Looks good when put on. Came w free screen protector that applied fairly easily with minimal bubblelint issues.

I really like that its smoked ( I have carbon fiber wrap underneath) but it is a bit slippery as i don't have clammy hands.
Should not be a problem if you have clammy hands though. :)

Because the plastic is very smooth, I found this to show fingerprints. I have two other HHI iPad cases (snap on the back type) which I prefer due to their having some texture and thus they do not get smudgy.

Fit and function are fine -- it is just the fingerprint-showing finish that is not for me.
