The product has not measured up as I'd expected it to based on the advertised information & reviews. The sound is good, but I was expecting the system to charge the Ipod while it it docked (as advertised) & it does not. The troubleshooting section of the manual does not address the charging aspect of the product, only the presence / quality of sound & power. While the print on the package states compatibility with "All Ipods", CHARGING IS NOT SUPPORTED WITH THIS ACCESSORY is displayed on the view screen when it is docked in the charge/speaker station. I hope to come across troubleshooting information that will resolve the charging issue, until then I am disappointed with the product performance. I also waited 21 calendar days for standard shipping from the order date. The product actually shipped nearly 2 weeks after my shipping notification was delivered.

BUYER BEWARE. This docking speaker WILL NOT charge your 4G Nano, in spite of the listed claim. It may charge some earlier generation or other MP3 players, but it is not configured to charge your Nano. Too bad. Otherwise, it is fairly well-designed and seems to have better-than-average sound.

This product is great! i use it in my cubicle at work, and the sound that parts the speakers of this system is so crisp, my coworkers fight for it, the days that i'm off from work. since i'm in a cubicle, i have it on the lowest volume level it can be, and it still sounds fantastic. I take it to the beach and the park, and it can really blast some excellent tunes as well. great product, would def recommend it!
