LOVE these. I mentined to a couple of friends about a windup flashlight (no battery), they thought it was a fabulous idea, so I bought one for everyone on my Christmas list. You can't hardly see the little compass on it, but it's cute. Super easy to wind. I can't tell much difference between high & low beam - nice bright light.

Very convenient for camping and any other out door sport. Since it doesn\'t need any battery. I really like the idea for self-powered flash lights. The place I live at runs out power lately and its nice to have one of these around.

This is an excellent flashlight! We own four of them. They require only minimal winding to produce immediate light in an emergency. They are extremely bright. They are very easy and fun to use.
