Unlike many other cheap HTC Hero screen protectors, this one actually matches the curve on the top of the Sprint HTC Hero's screen. Easy to apply -- I got it right on the first try. I followed the advice of another reviewer below and applied it in a steamy bathroom to keep the dust down, and I cleaned off the screen using scotch tape first. No bubbles or defects, and it's very clear. My only complaint is that there is slightly more friction between my finger and the screen than without the protector, but it's much better than the rubbery vinyl screen protectors such as invisibleSHIELD.
I'll have to wait to see how durable it is, but given how cheap it is and how painless the install was, I don't mind replacing it every few months. |

Great quality screen protector. I have used universal protectors in the past and these are much higher quality. I recommend purchasing at least one 3 pack, but two would be better. It took me until the 4th protector to get it on perfectly. The problem is they are cut the exact size of the screen so if it is crooked just a little bit it wont stick to one of the corners.
I finally learned to peel side one half way off (from top down) and have it folded underneath and placed the part that has not yet been peeled off on the phone first so I can still move it around and line it up. Once it is lined up lay the sticky half down and get your squeeqie card and start at the top to get all air bubbles out, and slowly peel side one the rest of the way off as you are moving the card from the top towards the bottom.
(Sorry if those instructions seem confusing, but I hope it helps someone!) |

| Fit the HTC hero perfectly. Comes with a nice cleaning cloth to get all the dust and dirt off the screen before placing the protector. Takes a little practice to get it placed right, but worth the effort. Transparent- you can't even tell it's on there is you clean the screen well. Good delivery time too. I'll do business with HHI again. |

| This product works very well and the price is unbeatable. The only downside is the application of the screen. The manufacturers break it down into three easy steps. While the steps are easy, the tab for the second step left a lot of glue on the screen protector and I spent a great deal of time trying to remove the glue. I would still but this product again and have already recommended it to someone who has the same phone. |

I had to use all 3 of the 3 pack to get 1 good protector...
Each screen protector is a sheet of plastic with one slightly sticky side. Both the sticky side and the outward facing side come lined with thinner sheets of plastic to protect it. These sheets also help you place the protector without getting fingerprints on it, and you dispose of them after the protector is in place.
One of the 3-pack I got was packaged incorrectly, one of the thinner liner sheets was missing and a STICKER was placed DIRECTLY on the screen protector, leaving behind a goopaper mess rendering the protector unuseable. I think another reviewer had this problem too.
Another one i was clumsy with and I got the sticky side dusty when placing it on the phone.
Finally I worked out how to place the protector and knew what to expect as far as the disposable liners on both sides. It works perfectly, fits the screen just right, even the curve on top! |

| Great product! Having used screen protectors for years with the cutting or trimming and sticking before you are ready, I found these to be perfect! The little tabs make mounting a dream. No bubbles or wrinkles. Definate recomend. |

| The protectors fit great, however, there is a taped tab that you are supposed to remove after setting the protector in place. The tab was very difficult to remove from the protector. I spent more time trying to get the tab off that I did setting the protector. |

| Yes, they are a tight fit and you need to be precise. But a tight fit means they cover the screen very well. Then there is the price plus shipping. You can't beat it. Plus it got to me in just days with standard shipping. The fact is I ruined the first one because I'm cursed with wanting perfection. But at this price it was worth using one as "practice" so I knew how to get it right the second time. Since putting it on I have had no issues. It will be a long time before I even get around to using the third one. I would definitely buy them again without hesitation but I doubt that I will need to. |
