Orders that are $25.00 and up are qualified for FREE PRIORITY SHIPPING:, Please note that shipping times may vary depending on our carriers. Priority shipping can take anywhere from 1-4 business days.


Available anywhere within the United States for $16.00 and up. Express shipping can take anywhere from 1-2 business days.

Shipping to APO Military

While most other online retailers will not ship to APO/FPO addresses, we at are happy to serve our customers in the armed forces, stationed at any APO/FPO address. Unfortunately, since these addresses can be in remote places that are very difficult to reach, we are not capable of covering the cost of insurance and postage. All APO/FPO ordering, please see our FAQ ordering page for more detail.

Shipping Policy:

·On average orders are shipped the same day or next day, following the receipt of your order. All orders received after 1:00 PM PST Friday and orders placed on the weekend will be shipped Monday morning.

·Most orders are shipped USPS and UPS, and should arrive on shipping option days from the order date. Please remember, once an order leaves our warehouse it is out of our control and the carrier is responsible for any unforeseen delays in your order's arrival, but we will do everything we can to help you get your order to you promptly.

·Once the order is placed, we cannot guarantee cancellation. Please make sure your order is correct before placing the order. If you have a question on changing the color or special requests, please contact our customer service representatives before placing the order.

·Unfortunately, we cannot combine multiple orders or add to orders already placed. Please note that we cannot cancel your order after it has been shipped, but you can return your order after you receive it. For more details on return shipping, please see our Return Policy.

Sales Tax and Duty

Customer is responsible for all applicable import duty and local tax. Please verify with customs before making purchase.

Shipping to an address different from your billing address

If you choose to ship to an address different from your credit card billing address, we may contact you to confirm your shipping and billing addresses to prevent possible fraudulent use of your credit card. Please make sure all information on your account is up to date.

Undelivered Package Policy

If the address provided to us is undeliverable as addressed and sent back to us, we may incur charges.

Returns to Shipper package are a result of following reasons:

Insufficient Address

Attempted Not Known

No such number/street/apartment number

Not deliverable as addressed – Unable to forward

The reasons for Return to Shipper are not errors from handhelditems, therefore, shipping fees will not be reimbursed due to the fact that all shipping fee are prepaid to the carriers.

Tracking your order is fast, easy and can be done online. Tracking information will be available once your order has been shipped.
