How can I track my order?

You can track your order by typing in your order ID number at our tracking page. Or simply log into your handhelditems's account and check the order status.

How long does it take to process my order? How soon will my order be shipped?

We process your order within 12-36 business hours. However, if your ordered item(s) is on back order, you will be notified within 48-72 business hours.

How many packages will I get with my order?

We ship from multiple locations, depending on what you ordered. If we ship from different warehouses, then we will provide multiple tracking numbers.

I want to cancel my order, but it had been shipped out. What should I do?

If the order had been shipped out and it is on the way to you, contact our customer service and refuse the arrival package(s). All shipped cancel orders will comply to our shipping and return policies. You may find out more about our shipping and return policies by clicking here.

My order had not arrive yet?

You may track your order with the tracking number we provided through the carrier's website directly.

What is UPS Mail Innovations? How does UPSmailinnovations ship?

In order to continue to offer you the best possible value and service, HandHelditems has partnered with UPS Mail Innovations who will provide the advance transportation of your item. UPS MI will induct your item into the USPS within 2 business days and you can expect delivery within 1 day of normal First Class Mail to your destination. Should there be a delay, you can visit the USPS at or with delivery confirmation number for further information. Please be aware that the USPS does not offer tracking and may only show limited information. There may also be a delay in the electronic upload of this information. This lack of information does not indicate a delay in the delivery of your order.
