Return Policy

All products sold by offer a 30 day satisfaction guarantee unless otherwise stated. All returns will be evaluated and tested upon receipt by our technical team.

We are pleased to offer a 30 day satisfaction guarantee on our products! Our return process is hassle free and created to be easy, fast, and convenient for our customers. If you are in any way unsatisfied with our merchandise within 30 days, please log into your Handhelditems account and fill out an RMA form to exchange or refund your item.

Step 1 : Log into your Handhelditems account

Step 2 : Click on the “RMA” link under “My Orders”

Step 3 : Click “Request New Return” and select the order that you wish to return

Step 4 : Select the appropriate information for your return and select if you would like an exchange or credit

* You will be emailed an RMA packing slip for returns once the return has been approved

Exclusions from the 30 day satisfaction guarantee

·Non Refundable open/used products:


Defective earphones/headsets may be sent back to be tested by our technical department and if the item(s) suffer from a manufacture defect, they will be granted a replacement or a refund. Earphones that have been opened/used and sent back that are not deemed defective, will not be replaced or refunded and will be sent back at the customers expense.


Once clothing items have been washed or worn, they will be considered used and non-returnable. If there is a manufacture defect for clothing, it must be found prior to being washed or worn in order to be replaced or refunded.

Screen protectors/adhesive cases

Screen protectors need to be applied in specific ways. Please read instructions on how to apply the screen protector prior to putting it on.

·All returns must be shipped freight prepaid and with a tracking number

Customers are responsible for using reputable carriers that are capable of providing proof of delivery and insurance for the entire value of the shipment. Customers agree to bear risk of loss for the product during return shipment. No COD or Freight collect returns will be accepted.

·Please allow up to 7 business days to process all returns

All credit requests will be completed within 7 business days, but please note that the time it takes the credit card company to apply the credit may vary.
