I just received this adapter last week and since it is cheaply made, it has come apart (the 90 degree angle at which it comes out of the device is not durable enough to wrap the headphones up like most of us do when finished with them). The wiring totally came out at the base of the adapter. I have already ordered a replacement that does NOT have this 90 degree build...
