This protector is AWESOME. Best $8 that I've spent in awhile. I was convinced when one evening I was sitting on an upstairs patio, dropped my G1 (with the case) down to the patio below. My heart sank, I just knew my G1 was destroyed. When I got downstairs to my delight, not a scratch on my phone! The case was a little scrated, nothing major and still in tact. I just received my second case which seems to fit better than the first. I'm very pleased with the way the dark smoke makes my phone look,too.

Pros: Very nice case. Snaps on clean and snug. Very easy to apply.
The holes for the buttons are great and allow the buttons to be more easily found in the dark or when you are driving.
And you can't beat the price. $8? That's great. Most sites overcharge you at $15-$20+ for cases...which is ridiculous.
Cons: I have to bend down the usb cover when I want to charge it because the case kind of gets in the way when I want to charge the phone. Not a huge deal though.
And the case does add some bulk to the phone. It doesn't bother me any...but some may not like that.
