It's alright for a basic headset. The ear buds don't fit perfectly and fall out all the time. Call quality is okay. If I push the ear buds completely against my ear they sound good. I just use it when watching videos on youtube or TV on my slingplayer in loud areas or waiting to pickup people in my car. It's more convenient than the headset adapter that HTC provides w/ the ATT Fuze because it already has the Mic when a call comes in.

It does the job but silicone ear buds would have been better. I would also prefer a wheel type volume adjuster rather than a stiff plastic slider on the mic.
