Rubberized case is very nice quality. Unfortunately when I put the top part on my touch screen stops working. It must be touching something on the screen. I don't have any kind of screen protector on it. I just keep the back of the case on which feels really nice in my hand and I don't have as many qualms about putting it on hard surfaces anymore. For me it's not that bad that the case doesn't go on the front. The flush top allows me to select a lot of things on the screen better like at the corners for the start menu, close program/task manager, and the two bottom menu keys as well as the scroll bar on some windows.
