 Return & Exchange Policy For None Pre-Made Shirts: No straight exchanges on customized T-shirts. The original shirts must be returned and reordered. Upon receipt of the shirts, we will credit your card for the shirts minus shipping. You MUST put your NEW order number on the email we send you in order to avoid restocking fees. For an exchange, the DESIGN must be the same to avoid a restocking fee.
PLEASE get a DELIVERY receipt for the return. If we don't get the shirts you don't get a refund. Please give us some time to process your refund, up to 14 days.
New order numbers must be placed on the email or RMA Form for return request to avoid restocking fees.
If you want to just return the shirts, there is a 40% per shirt (about $6 for a reg shirt) and hoodie restocking fee. Shipping is not refundable.
No Shipping will be refuned under any circumstance. For defective items, a new product will be shipped to you at cost to us.

All shirts are high quality, pre-shrunk and true to size. These are NOT thin

Men's t-shirts are Gildan 6.1 oz 100% cotton, Seamless collar, Taped
shoulder-to-shoulder with Double-needle stitching.
Women's casual t-shirts are Gildan 6.1 oz. 100% cotton, Ladies' cut,
Narrow ribbed collar, Taped shoulder-to-shoulder with Double-needle
stitching.
Women's baby dolls are Bella 5.8 oz., combed ring-spun cotton. Super
soft 1 x 1 baby rib knit. 3/4" neck binding. Coverstitched 3/4" sleeve and
bottom baby hem. Custom contoured fit that clings to the body.
Women's ringers are Bella 5.8 oz. combed, ring-spun cotton. Supersoft
1 x 1 baby rib knit fabric. Contrasting raglan cap sleeves. 3/8" bound-on
contrasting self trim on neck. Side-seamed with custom contoured fit that
clings to the body. Coverstitched 3/4" double needle hemmed sleeves and
bottom.
Women's wide strap tank tops are Gildan 6.1 oz. Ladies' cut. Banded
neck and armholes. Double-needle stitching.
Women's spaghetti strap tanks are Anvil 4.2 oz. combed, ring-spun
semi-sheer cotton. Fitted silhouette. Side-seamed. Bound-on rib neck trim
and straps. Double needle neck, armholes and bottom hem.
Hoodies are Gildan 7.75 oz 50/50 cotton/polyester. Double lined
drawstring hood. Pouch pocket. Double needle stitching.
