This is a really neat metal case that fits my IPAC RZ1700 and protects it ( I dropped it off the table a few days ago and nothing). In addition all of the working parts are accessible, nothing is obscured -- you can get at the stylus or plug in your jacks without removing the IPAC. There are two storage slots inside to hold memory cards. I have one extra SD card. I know the RZ1700 is a bit dated but for me it is good technology. Hand Held Items does a great job of shipping a pristine product out quickly so I think you will be happy no matter what you purchase from them.
