I wrote customer service to find out what to do with a $6 item that came in damaged. So far I have not heard something. It appears that there is a problem with the mold used in the manufacture of this item. It will not lock on. The tabs are defective and one broke off. Needless to say I am not happy.

The clear case we bought at the same time had no problems and I am satisfied with the other one.
