I used it for a week and then it broke. The leg broke i guess from opening and closing the leg too much. This fit tightly over my hard shell case which was fine just couldn't move it easily. It did slip when in panoramic setting if you didn't adjust it just right. Will not buy this product again.

I could not get this to attach securely over the iPad with the HHI case as shown in advertisement. Big Disappointment! I use a folding picture frame holder that is cheaper and more stable.

This stand did nothing but slide back and fourth. It connected fine but when you try to put it in land scape the leg that kicks out would slide all the way to the top causing it to fall over. This was a waste of money

The stand works very well with the gel case. It fits securely--tight--seems to be something I will use more and more. I have the wireless keyboard, and so it is helpful to have the iPad on a stand. Especially with consideration to the price when compared to the cases at th Apple store, the stand and the gel case are winners. And if something happens to one or the other, I hope they will continue to make them available. Although one reviewer indicated the back of the stand could be a bit wider, I don't see this as a deal breaker if someone is thinking about the purchase.

Good firtst gen design but could be awesome. The leg is a little narrow for use in portrait mode. The stand fits very securely on the device but the adjustment for the leg to go up and down sometimes slides just a little when first placeing the device on a table. For the price this is an excellent value.

Works good with my rubberize case. The stand attached very tie on the case and I like the way it can be adjusted in landscape or portraits views. it also work with my old belkin silicone skin too. But, I like it better with the HHI rubberized case.
