Warranty & Return
Handhelditems.com provides a 15day Manufacturer Warranty for airsoft products. The 15day Manufacturer Warranty covers from the date of receipt, any manufacturing defect that cause the airsoft product to not work properly. It does not cover misuse, abuse, mishandling, disassembly, modification, or cosmetic imperfection. It also does not cover lack of compliance with instructions from user manual, usage of lowgrade BB or reused BB, or failure to provide proper maintenance. Tampering with the lawrequired orange tip will void the Manufacturer Warranty.
All returns are subject to the following:
A Return Merchandise Authorization number is required for all returns
You must obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. HandHelditems.com will not accept returns without an RMA number and materials without RMA number will be rejected. RMAs are valid for 15 days, within which the return must be received by HandHelditems.com. Please fill out a RMA Request form on HandHelditems.com to submit your RMA request. You will be contacted via phone or email by our airsoft service center representative. We do not provide credit or refund for returned airsoft merchandise. Our airsoft service center will provide service or repair for airsoft products.
All returns must be shipped freight prepaid and with a tracking number
Customers are responsible for using reputable carriers that are capable of providing proof of delivery and insurance for the entire value of the shipment.
Our Warranty Does Not Cover The Following:
- Alteration or modification of the product
- Disassembly by unauthorized service personnel
- Introduction of any foreign matter to the outer and inner components
- Unreasonable misuse, mishandle or abuse of the product
- Failure to provide proper care
- The incorrect method of maintenance, which includes usage of petroleum based solvents and/or lubricants
- Lack of compliance with instructions from the owner's manual
- Product soaked in water, rusted, corroded, or painted
- Usage of improper size, type, or weight of BB's or reuse of BB's
- Removal or cover up of the orange safety tip

I understand that removal of the orange tip, any warning stickers or protective markings is a violation of Federal law and will void any and all product warranties. I acknowledge that the use of any look-alike or toy gun in commission of a crime may carry the same legal ramifications as if a real firearm had been so used. I have read and understood all warnings, disclaimers, and warranties related to the products offered. Airsoft products are potentially dangerous and can cause serious injury and even death. I acknowledge that I am responsible for using airsoft products safely and legally and hereby agree to indemnify and hold harmless HandHelditems.com, its owners, employees, agents and affiliates for any and all legal actions arising from purchase, use or ownership of airsoft guns and accessories from HandHelditems.com, including, but not limited to any lawsuit or claim by myself or a third party for bodily injury, death or illegal activity.
