Return Policy
By placing an order on this web site, you indicate that you have read and agree to the following return policies and conditions. Click here to read our web site Terms and Conditions. All products sold by HandHelditems.com offer a 30 day satisfaction guarantee unless otherwise stated. All returns will be evaluated and tested upon receipt by our technical team.

Returns Must Meet ALL Applicable Criteria
All customers must submit an RMA Request and use the issued RMA number for exchanges and refunds.
RMA numbers are valid for 45 days from the delivered date of order. Upon item delivery date, RMA requests must be submitted within 30 days or the request will be declined. If your returned product does not match all applicable criteria listed below, it will be rejected by our Returns Warehouse and returned back to you at your cost. Consequently, your RMA will be nullified, any credit request will be denied, replacement orders will not be made, and you will be charged for all shipping to and from our Returns Warehouse that may be incurred by HandHelditems.com. By requesting an RMA and/or shipping a return in violation of this policy you hereby agree to accept our shipment of the return back to you and to the payment of all shipping costs to and from our Returns Warehouse. Our arrangements with our suppliers and manufacturers allow us no room to make exceptions.

All returns must include the following:

1.     Original packaging (manufacturer's box, Styrofoam, plastic bags, etc.)

2.    Valid Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) within our return policy period. HandHelditems.com will not accept returns without an RMA number and materials will be sent back on sender's expense. (RMAs are valid for 15 days, within which the return must be ship out to HandHelditems.com)

3.    The return must be complete and include all accessories (screen protector, accompanying items, remote controls, batteries, software disks, instruction manual etc.)

4.   The RMA number must not be written on the original manufacturer's packaging or box. Please write the RMA number on the label used to return the item or the brown shipping box. Items received with any writing on the original manufacturer's packaging or box will be refused and returned to you at your cost and without credit approval.

5.   Please fill out this RMA form to submit your RMA request. You will receive an RMA number and form. Please include display the RMA number prominently on your package and include the form with your package.

If any of the listed items have been used, they will NOT be granted a refund or replacement. Warranty will only apply for manufacture defect. Once clothing items have been washed or worn, they will be considered used and non-returnable. If there is a manufacturer defect for clothing, it must be found prior to being washed or worn in order to be replaced or refunded. Defective earphones may be sent back to be tested by our Tech. Department, and if the item(s) suffer from a manufacture defect, they will be granted a replacement or refunded. Earphones that have been opened and sent back that are not deemed defective will NOT be replaced or refunded and will be sent back only at the customer's expense. Screen protectors will be considered used if the package has been opened or tampered with.

Screen protectors need to be applied in specific ways. Please read instructions on how to apply the screen protector prior to putting it on. If there is any trouble applying the screen protector please refer to our website on HandHelditems.com to see a detail instruction on applying a screen protector correctly. Handhelditems.com is not responsible for screen protectors that have been misused or applied incorrectly.

Warrantees for Airsoft and RC Toys
Airsoft and RC Toy have 15 days warrantee, RMA must be filed within 15 days from the delivered date by the carrier. RMA are valid for 15 days from the issued date.  (>> Read our Airsoft warranty)

Refund Policy For Radio Control RC Toys:
Refunds for RC toys will only be granted for unused, unopened products in its original condition and packaging. In an event where there is damage to the box upon arrival, you must claim through the carrier for damages. Warranty will only apply for manufacture defect. All products have been tested prior to shipment, therefore, if you experience any problem with the product(s) you ordered from us, please report it at the time when you received the shipment (warrantee will be voided after used). No exceptions will be granted. Return / exchange / refund will not be allowed for any used RC toys.

NOTE: RC helicopters and airplanes can crash if flown improperly and any crash or hard landing may cause damage to the helicopter or plane. We have no control over your operating skills, behavior or the conditions you have chosen to operate in. We will not be responsible for incidental or consequential damages including bodily injuries and property damages arising from the use of any RC product(s). Any claims arising from the operating, failure or malfunctioning etc. will be denied. If the return items did not meet the criteria listed above, all package will be refused and returned to you at your cost and without credit approval.

Special items with Free shipping
All free shipping items will have 15% restocking fee for any returns, including items in "HHI INCREDIBLE Priced".
All returns must be shipped freight prepaid and with a tracking number
Customers are responsible for using reputable carriers that are capable of providing proof of delivery and insurance for the entire value of the shipment. Customers agree to bear risk of loss for the product during return shipment. No COD or Freight collect returns will be accepted by HandHelditems.com.
Cross-Ship (Advance Replacement)
All cross-ship items will only be accepted under the following conditions:
  • Customer agrees to pay first. In order for HandHelditems.com to process the accurate cross ship request, customers will have to pay for the replacement product first.
  • The exact exchange for the same product. Advance replacement is only available when exchanging for the same exact product.
  • All shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Shipping is a service you pay for the shipping companies.
  • 15% restocking fee will be applied for all items returned which are not in brand new, unopened condition and wrong items ordered.
All related fees (shipping & return shipping fees) are NON-REFUNDABLE for all products
The shipping fee is a fee that is paid to the shipping company, not to HandHelditems.com, therefore all shipping fees are NON-REFUNDABLE.
Physical Damages to any product will void the product's warranty and eligibility for return
Modifying a product in a permanent way is considered as physically damaging the product and will void the product's warranty. A product cannot be returned under these circumstances. It is our policy that all returned products must be in new condition (no physical damages). We feel that this gives everyone a fair test of the quality of the product. Unfortunately in our experience some people have used the entire product and then sent it back asking for a refund.
Please allow up to 7 business days to process your return
From the time it reaches our Returns Department Warehouse. All credit requests will be completed within 7 business days, but please note that it may take your credit card company 72 hours to 10 days to apply your credit, time may vary base on different credit card company . Please note that after we process the refund we have no control over how long the credit card company takes to credit your account.
Non-Refundable Items
Certain Products labeled as "Non-Refundable" (or similar labeling) are not Refundable. Manufacture warrantees are not covered by HandHelditems. If any of these items are damaged or defective you may contact the manufacturer under the warranty and conditions if applicable.
Free Store Credit
In the case of a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA): If you refund an order after redeeming the store credit code, your store credit amount will be deducted from your total refund amount. If you have purchased an item using your Free Store Credit, we will bill you the amount used. If you exchange a product instead, the Free Store Credit will not be affected. RMA with purchases using Free Store Credits can only be exchanged with the same item or item of equal value, no refund will be granted.
