This would have been A+ if it could have fit the HTC EVO! Please note that this is a MINI USB and NOT a Micro-Mini which is what our Evo and the Epic both are. No way to recharge it (this IS the power supply) to charge the phone again later if needed. This is a once and done item. Didn't come with any paperwork, so it might have had that option but I didn't know it.

Oh my gosh, it took me (embarrassingly) forever to figure out that this would work with my Sprint HTC Hero! I'm going to try to save you the same grief!
My Hero came with a charger that had a USB that plugs into the AC plug for the wall. The other end that plugs into the phone is this USBext 11-pin plug that fits my phone. Ok, despite the fact that it doesn't look like it, this external battery DOES plug into my phone. BUT, the 11-pin (male) plug that came with the phone charger does NOT fit into the bottom of the external battery. No problem, I have about 300 devices around the house that have a regular USB plug on one end and a mini plug on the other. So, I plugged all that into my AC plug from the Hero charger and voila! It works PERFECTLY! I even piggy back them to charge both at the same time! It's great to have an extra battery cuz we all know the Hero sucks battery juice very quickly! Glad I have this!

You get what you see in the picture, just the battery, no charger. It charges my HTC Hero Google though the charger from HTC doesn't fit this battery. I had a mini USB charger from an old Blackberry that made it work for me.
And you can't beat the price.

Its very convenient for my phone because my battery runs out quickly, the adapter of the back up battery does not come with it, but my phone charger also works for it.

Although this item is listed as compitable with BlackBerry, it WILL NOT work with the BlackBerry TOUR 9630. There is no adapter for the USB socket on the Tour!
